Yes, and we service systems fitted by other companies too. A one off service is from £150 for the first unit, then £50 for each extra unit at the same address. A care plan spreads it monthly, from £12 per month for the first unit and £6 per month for each extra unit. A service covers cleaning the filters, checking the coils and drainage, testing the refrigerant pressures and the electrical connections, and leaving the system running as it should. Regular servicing keeps a system running efficiently, and manufacturer warranties generally set out a servicing interval and expect it to have been kept to, so it is worth reading the terms that come with your unit.

The unit, up to 3m of pipework, external trunking, a bracket or feet for the outdoor unit, a gravity drain, the electrical connection by a qualified electrician, commissioning and a handover pack. Yes. Every unit we fit is a heat pump as well as an air conditioner, so the same box on the wall cools the room in summer and heats it in winter. In heating mode it moves heat in from outside rather than burning anything, which is why a heat pump delivers several units of heat for each unit of electricity it uses. In practice it means one system for the whole year instead of a fan in summer and a heater in winter, controlled from a remote or an app, and reaching temperature quickly because it heats the air directly.
