What we aim for

This statement covers www.nvkair.co.uk. We want it to be usable by as many people as possible, whether you use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or your device’s text size and motion settings.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How well the site meets it

The site partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. These are the problems we know about. We are working on them:

  • Some small grey text in the unit comparison tables does not have enough contrast against its background.
  • There is no “skip to main content” link, so keyboard users tab through the top of every page first.
  • On a phone, or when zoomed in, the call bar fixed to the bottom of the screen can cover the item that has keyboard focus.
  • The mobile menu does not close with the Escape key, and keyboard focus can leave the price estimate window while it is open.
  • Some links and buttons are smaller than 24 by 24 pixels on a phone.
  • Much of the body text is smaller than 16 pixels.
  • Some moving elements, such as the brand strip on the home page, keep moving when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Some wide tables that scroll sideways on a phone cannot be scrolled with the keyboard.

If something does not work for you

Tell us and we will give you the information another way, for example over the phone or in a message. You can:

Please tell us the page and what went wrong. It helps us fix it for the next person.

How we checked

We tested every page of the site on 16 October 2026 at phone and desktop widths, with the axe automated checker and by hand with a keyboard. This statement was written on 17 October 2026 and will be updated as problems are fixed.
