A proper look at the room, the wall and the route outside. You get one number covering the unit, the installation and the electrical work, and it is agreed before anything is booked.
Install day
Install day
Floors covered, unit mounted, one clean 71mm core drilled and sleeved hole, insulated pipework in trunking, and the condenser set on Unistrut channel or cantilever arms with stainless steel fixings. Electrical connection by a qualified electrician.
Commissioning
Commissioning
The system is pressure tested, evacuated and run in both cooling and heating. We check temperatures, the drain and the finish before we call it done.
Handover
Handover
A walkthrough of the controls, the area left clean, and a handover pack with everything worth keeping.
