White, and only white. There is no finish to price.
The prices shown are starting prices for a standard installation. If your job needs longer pipe runs, a condensate pump, access above the first floor, or work on your consumer unit, we price it in your quote, never on the day.
Running costs are estimates, not a quote. They assume the Ofgem price cap for 1 July to 30 September 2026 of 26.11p per kWh. What a unit costs you depends on your tariff, the room and how you set it, so these figures are not guaranteed.
Every install is backed by our 12 month parts and labour warranty, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on your unit, which we register for you at handover. Full terms on your quote.
What the Comfora is like to live with.
Quiet from 19dB(A)
Daikin publishes 19dB(A) for the 2.5kW in silent operation, the lowest figure in the Comfora range.
Heats as well as cools
The same unit reverses in winter, so the wall needs nothing else. It runs on R32, the lower impact refrigerant Daikin uses across the range.
Filters for allergens and smells
A silver particle filter for allergens and a titanium apatite deodorising filter for odours. Both come in the box and both pull out to be cleaned.
3D airflow, phone or voice
Vertical and horizontal auto swing push air into the corners. Control it from the Onecta app, or through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
Is the Comfora the right one for your room?
Who it suits
Rooms where the wall is short of space and the budget is doing real work. It runs the whole ladder from 2.5kW to 7.1kW, so it covers a box room and an open plan ground floor without changing range, and Daikin publishes 19dB(A) for the 2.5kW in silent operation, which is quiet enough to sleep through.
What it will not do
There is one finish and it is white. It is also the plainest of the three Daikins we fit: no Flash Streamer air purifying, no thermal or motion sensor, and no Heat Boost. From 5.0kW up the box grows to 990mm across and 263mm deep, so the above door trick that makes the small sizes so useful stops being an option.
In London homes
At 770mm wide the 2.5 and 3.5kW is the narrowest indoor unit of any range we fit, and Daikin designed it to go above a door. That is why it ends up in Victorian box rooms, in loft conversions with a dormer eating the wall, and in hallways where the next narrowest unit we fit, the Stylish, still needs another 28mm of wall. It is also the range we hold stock of, so it is usually the quickest to get fitted.
Against the other ranges
While the launch offer runs it is the cheapest way into a Daikin at 2.5kW, and at the top of the ladder it reaches 7.1kW for 705 pounds less than the Perfera. What you give up against the Perfera is Flash Streamer and Heat Boost, and against the Stylish, any choice of finish.
Whether the room ends up with the Comfora or one of the others, the installation is the same standard and the price is one number. See what installation costs in London for the full breakdown, or the areas we cover if you want to check we come to you.
Every install includes

- A fused spur on 2.5 and 3.5kW, or its own circuit from your fuse board on 5.0kW and up
