The Samsung WindFree Comfort S2 is a wall mounted air conditioner that heats as well as cools, supplied and installed across London by NVK Air from £2,295 fully installed. That one price covers the unit, the installation and the electrical work, agreed in writing after a free survey and before any work starts. We are based in Harrow and Stanmore and fit these right across the capital. Cooling without the draught. 23,000 micro holes disperse air instead of blowing it.

WindFree mode lets cooled air fall into the room instead of blowing it across. 23dB(A) in that mode.
The quietest we fit
16dB(A) at the indoor unit's lowest setting, lower than any other range on the site.
Freeze Wash and Dry Comfort
Freeze Wash frosts the coil and melts it to clear the dirt. Dry Comfort takes humidity out without over cooling.
Wi-Fi and voice in the box
Built in Wi-Fi with SmartThings, and a SolarCell remote that charges from daylight.
Is the WindFree Comfort S2 the right one for your room?
Who it suits
Bedrooms, nurseries and desks. Anyone whose objection to air conditioning is the draught rather than the temperature. 23dB(A) in WindFree mode, 16dB(A) at the indoor unit's lowest setting.
What it will not do
Two sizes only, 2.5 and 3.5kW, so a living room or an open plan space needs a different range. WindFree mode moves less air by design, so a room that is already hot comes down faster on normal fan first.
In London homes
Loft conversions and top floor flats. Small, hot, usually bedrooms, which is the case the perforated panel was made for.
Against the other ranges
The quietest range we fit, at 16dB(A). It costs 300 pounds more than the Cebu at 2.5kW and stops at 3.5kW, where the Cebu carries on to 6.5kW.

Every install includes
- Up to 3m of pipework
- External trunking, the cover that hides the pipework outside
- Bracket or feet for the outdoor unit
- A gravity drain, so the water runs away without a pump
- Electrical connection by a qualified electrician
- A fused spur on 2.5 and 3.5kW, or its own circuit from your fuse board on 5.0kW and up
- Commissioning, and a handover pack you keep

A one off service is from £150 for the first unit, then £50 per extra unit. The care plan is from £12 per month for the first unit, then £6 per month per extra unit.
