The Daikin Stylish is a wall mounted air conditioner that heats as well as cools, supplied and installed across London by NVK Air from £2,500 fully installed. That one price covers the unit, the installation and the electrical work, agreed in writing after a free survey and before any work starts. We are based in Harrow and Stanmore and fit these right across the capital. The design flagship, a slim unit with a finish that belongs in the room.

The finish is the point
White is in the price. Matt black and silver are options, and they are the reason this range exists.
Slim on the wall
A shallow body that projects less into the room than the units most people picture when they think of air conditioning.
Quiet enough to sleep through
A redesigned fan and low sound settings, built to run through the night without anyone noticing it is on.
Heats as well as cools
The same box that cools in August reverses and heats in January, so the room needs nothing else.
Is the Stylish the right one for your room?
Who it suits
Rooms where the unit is going to be looked at every day. Sitting rooms, principal bedrooms, and anywhere a renovation has already settled what the walls look like. It is the range people choose when the objection to air conditioning was never the price, it was the box.
What it will not do
It stops at 5.0kW. A large open plan kitchen and living space is past what one Stylish will hold, so that room needs either a different range or two units, and we will say which at the survey. It is also the dearest way in.
In London homes
The blackwood and silver finishes are why this one turns up in period conversions and in flats where the living room wall is doing some work. In a 1930s semi with picture rails it sits above the rail line and reads as a modern object rather than a mistake.
Against the other ranges
The Perfera is the same manufacturer and much the same engineering in a plainer white box, for 200 pounds less at 2.5kW. If the unit is going in a spare room nobody sits in, buy the Perfera. If it is going somewhere you will notice it, this is the one.

Every install includes
- Up to 3m of pipework
- External trunking, the cover that hides the pipework outside
- Bracket or feet for the outdoor unit
- A gravity drain, so the water runs away without a pump
- Electrical connection by a qualified electrician
- A fused spur on 2.5 and 3.5kW, or its own circuit from your fuse board on 5.0kW and up
- Commissioning, and a handover pack you keep
